Security Services

This is our largest division in the organization since is comprises General Guarding Services, Armed Response Unit and Special Events Security team. The highest number of job are created in this division. We pride ourselves for being successful at ensuring employment equity standards are met in all our recruitment processes. This division provides security services mostly in corporate sites, industrial sites and residential places where each client has high number of assets to be protected and high risk involved in their damage or loss.

Seasonal/ Vacation Guarding Services

This division specialize on offering seasonal guarding services. In the event a person goes on holiday and there is no one to look after his property, this Unit provide such service. According to Criminology for a crime to take place three elements must be present which is; the available suitable target, the absence of capable guardian and the presence of motivated offender. The presence of one or more of these factors creates a high risk of victimization. This Unit minimize the chances of crime occurring while the client is away by providing this service.

Investigation Unit

This is the powerful division that specializes at fast-tracking the investigation process for our clients after the crime has been committed. During the investigating phase the Unit work very closely with SAPS Investigation Unit. This is done to ensure that our client’s cases get resolve speedily. Because the organization understand the challenge of the work loading that the SAPS is facing. The Unit have highly qualified investigators and utilize special devices during investigation. During investigation the Unit utilize offender profiling method. The method includes the examination and understanding of physical evidence, forensic victimology and crime scene characteristics.

Victim support Unit

This division specialize on giving emotional support our client after the commission of crime. As you know every person is different and people react in different ways after a crime has occurred. Some people will feel angry, upset or afraid after experiencing crime. Some people will have physical symptoms, such as lack of sleep or feeling ill. Our Victim support Unit will offer cancelling to our clients to ensure that their cope with trauma. We assist our clients with transport, administration as well as wellness service to cope with the trauma and the effect of the crime. We achieve this through the strategic partnership with relevant agents, service provider and specialists in this regard.

Electronic Security/Security System

This is the division which houses integrated security system to monitor our sites; activities involved and also serve as the blue-print when crime has been committed. These systems include:

• Alarm System – which monitors mostly our residential sites with the back-up from the armed response team
• Weapon Detector Machines – this is mostly used in corporate and industrial sites where employees, visitors should not enter the property with such to minimize the risk
• Breathalyser Testing – mostly used in corporate environments to refrain employees entering their working environment under influence of alcohol
• Drug Detector – this is to detect drugs from most hidden parts of the body, e.g. stomach
• Anti-theft Device – this is to ensure 100% zero theft rate in all clients’ vehicles

Support Services Unit

This division provide support services to our clients. As the organization we understand that some of our clients have a very busy schedule. This division then assist our clients with any SAPS related services, such as writing of Affidavit and certifying of documents. Our clients enjoy the benefit of getting these services without going to stand in the long ques at Police station.

Social Crime Prevention Unit

This division specialize on providing crime awareness and safety tips to our clients. Our clients are kept informed on the latest crime trends. This is done to ensure that our clients are street wise and they avoid to becoming victims of crime. Because according to criminology, an individual may actually initiate either passively or actively the criminal act that ultimately lead to his or her victimisation. Sometimes a person may unconsciously exhibit a behaviour that instigate or encourage the attack. For example sharing of personal information on social media. Our clients have an advantage to be educated on such things through this Unit. The Unit provide monthly workshop to our clients on crime prevention.

Criminology Unit

This division specialize on determining and analyzing criminal patterns based on biographical, social and psychological factors to aid law enforcement in assessing potential criminals. The Unit also conduct research and write report encompassing all their findings.

This is one of our advanced and sensitive division since it demands high level of professionalism, high profile members of the society. Our team are highly experienced in this division for many years in such service and that makes up to stand a great chance to influence our way in to the market.
